Heat The Oil
Heat ghee or vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened.

Add Finely Chopped Ginger & Garlic
Add ginger, garlic, and cook for another minute.

Add Tomato
Add tomato and cook until softened and mushy.

Add the Rest Of the Spices
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 30 seconds. Add water and bring to boil.

Add Spinach
Add spinach and cook until tender.

Add Paneer
Add paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.

Add Salt To Taste
Season with salt to taste.
